Sa-gu is a powder made from a type of palm tree. When the tree is old and has blossomed and produced fruit. This type of palm tree will die. And there is an accumulation of a lot of starch in the trunk. Thai people use it to make flour. to use for cooking or many types of desserts such as desserts Ko' Pang Sa-gu that you guys have tried.

That salted fish , we call “Miang Pla Pao ,เมี่ยงปลาเผา”. And we don’t eat it in that way, first put some vegetable on your hand. Then put fish meat and some noodle on that…. Some sauce too. Make it like a tiny ball or a tiny bowl then eat all of that in one bite. Next time if you get a chance, i hope you can enjoy it in the right way😊 And yes, that salt is not for eating, it’s just for protecting fish from burnt😅
