Emma M absolutely- it's something I've worked on for years. I appreciate that you find it helpful or interesting. I guess the biggest thing for me is that It doesn't need to be approached in a 'poor me' victimizing way - it is something people struggle with and will be a lifelong battle but you can healthfully deal with it and stay on top of it IF you put in the work. 💕

Heeheehee kind of. I'm always late- and it was an inside joke with a friend at a festival about what time set's were at. 3ish... 4ish.... whenever-ish..... I've wanted it for awhile because it applies to so many things in my life haha. I also love the Disney reference in Hercules "ish is good" and there is a book called ISH that has a cool message :) I just love that people apply their own meaning to it when they assume what it is ;)
