Let's say we buy this flat(condo) on lease for 12 months for the price $3,50,000 so it will basically come down to $29,166/month assuming 2% rate of interest and put it on rent for the price shown in video i.e., $2400 ($2400*12=28,800/year) .It will just cover a month lease and as a owner you have to pay the house tax.That is quite expensive.
