Buyer pays everything...since buyer is the one paying the amount of the house which also includes the brokerage charges so whole of 5% goes from buyer's pocket and not from sellers!

I can still say it is cheaper. In India independent flats in Delhi/NCR cost over 10 crore. Golf villas starts around 4.5 crore. And pls dont bad name Indians saying they all wash their cloths. Washing machines cost less than monthly budget. And it is mostly in bathroom.
