I can't imagine trying to drive a rig that size on twisty mountain or coastal roads. Speaking of outside TVs, I saw a guy watching the 49ers game on a swing-out big screen at a Thousand Trails campground a couple weeks ago. I was tempted to ask if I could pull up a chair and join him 🙂

The Reata XL washing machine setup doesn't look too great. You'd have to reach over the toilet. It could work, but looks a bit too inconvenient.

These are just a little out of my price range (ha!) If I was rich enough to get one of these, I'd buy a great-handling sports car to drive myself and then hire someone to drive the RV from place to place.
