Screaming all the way from Fort Worth, Texas, I just love your channel! I’m sooooo ready to visit Tanzania. Getting all my VA appointments in check before I take off. Congrats on the baby.

Thanks to you..I want to make plans to visit and eventually retire in Tanzania..as much as I research African countries..Tanzania just keeps calling my name lol. There's a website called kupatana.com that is like a Craigslist . That's where I check for housing to just give me an idea about the rentals.

For banking, especially international banking, Barclays Bank is far better suited for international transactions(wire transfers, debit card transactions etc...) than any other bank! CRDB is good, but I’d consider checking out Barclays Bank, and then have two accounts (USD & Tsh accounts)! I bank with both banks and for my international transactions, Barclays Bank has been far better and easier to deal with than any other bank. Off topic. Your hair is amazing (duh) you would make a lot of $$$(well Tsh) if u get into the business of natural hair(styling, care etc..). I think Dar es Salaam would suit you better doe. I’ve enjoyed your videos! Cheers & congratulations on the baby.

Yes I forgot to list Barclays. It definitely is a good bank too. But as far as availability, I see more CRDB banks thank I do Barclays. I’ll probably look into that when I get back because Also need to have a bank in TZ

Love your vids! They make me miss Africa a lot. I have a few tips for the topics you talked about that I have used when I have been staying in Kenya and Tanzania. I do feel like Kenya is an easier place to go to as a foreigner, as they have property websites, mPesa, mobile money, is everywhere, and you can even buy land as a foreigner. Also, they usually take 1 month's rent and 1 month's deposit, and of course the dalali fee. But, the security level isn't that great in Kenya, the food is better in Tanzania, the public transport is modern in Dar, the people are friendlier in Tanzania. About eBay and Amazon, I have bought from Aliexpress to my Kenyan post box and the shipping was free! So check if they have what you want there, then it will be cheaper than eBay. Have you been over to Nairobi yet? I know they have a very good product line for natural hair that is popular there. I will try to remember the name, then put the link up. They might even be able to post the products. Keep them vids coming! ☺

For anyone who wants to send anything/cargo to Tanzania/Kenya from US or UK, there are people who are doing that for very cheap. Here in uk they charge 2.50 pounds per kilo and it takes 3-4 weeks by ship/boat, You could also negotiate with em if u r sending very heavy goods.

Your child has some benifit as a USA citizen. That may be negated years from now, who knows ...is there dual citizenship? I have friend in Senegal with four children, tiny when she arrived now decent young adults. That is impressive to me! They have a choice. In education matters, I’m saying. That might eventually not be though.

Very good point about "benefits" of being U.S. citizen...but we gotta eventually get to a stage where we are not.dependant on u.s. ...i feel we may.not see that in our life time.but.we.can instill this in our children

Buying a second hand car is easy anywhere in Africa. Just go to Facebook and type Buy second hand car in Tanzania or another country of your intrest. Different groups or pages with pop up, start following until u get your car of interest. Communicate n meet up with selling party, dont forget to go with a mechanic just inspect the vehicle. Infact mist sellers will take installments so pay installment n drive the vehicle first to ensure its legit. Thats how we do it here.
