Tall making me like street glides. Good video brah

6x9’s sound good standing still. I can’t hear my Neo’s when I’m on the road though. And I’m pushing more power than that Hertz amp. Edit…. I’m now pushing 400 watts to each Hertz neo 6x9 with an NVS Audio tune and I can hear the 6x9’s at highway speed with no problem.

Since I can’t do it myself I will live through you. Glad you went with new lids. Because of your videos I contacted Zippers to do a sleeper kit. I didn’t realize I couldn’t do it because of RDRS. Wanted to have it done while I was on deployment. Just have to wait until I get back now.

we tried to tell you about adding the 6x9 in the bag lids, we know you glad you did, this video really doesn't do the system justice cant wait for the walk a way and the system playing, great job jay, man i will see you soon for the same set up, again thanks Tall.

Sounds great tall. To funny I just got my quote this morning then I see this. Going to be honest I think you've done a great job with the channel. I'm honestly thinking of starting one of my own. Thanks for all you do Tall, and keep those videos coming.

I have 8s in my bags 6x9 lids 6x5 lowers and 6x5 fairing speakers. Tall do the lowers you get all the sound on the freeway. With the 6x9s you will lose sound on the freeway.

What’s the best option for adding lowers with speakers to a 2020 RGS? It seems like everything 4 speaker is based around adding lid speakers. Would love to find a plug and play kit to install at home.

What made you decide to go with this set up over harley new Rockford fosgate set . From what I hear you get to keep the audio warranty. Claims have been made aftermarket equipment hurting the head unit .I myself am running jl audio 500x4 amp dsp and jl 6.5 fairing thinking about switching to rockford fosgate .my last bike was sony head unti Rockford amp rockford 6.5 and kicker kuryakyn saddlebag lids when they joined together for a brief spell

What's the reason for tuning the amp only up to 4 notches left instead of turning the volume all the way up and tuning it to that point?

because at 3 empty notches the head unit clips.

He should have adjusted the amp gain with the motorcycle running. With the bike off you are feeding 12vdc to the amp since that is what the battery produces static. Once the bike is running the charging system is putting out ~14.1vdc. That 15% increase in amplifier line voltage should really be accounted for if you want to talk about how important it is to tune the gains accurately.
