@AjayKumar, There are 100 of thousands of Indian tourists from North, South, east , west from everywhere comes to Singapore so they find it something different, so they just try to describe best to their ability but yes they sometime end up giving wrong information. So it all depends whether the KZbinr has done enough research. They should prior meet with their friends living in Singapore who can help them in guiding about locations and prices and other information. But it's ok, let their be benefit of doubt, don't need to get angry.
