Hi Jack and Sorsha. You might be best to buy the camps Australia book. It’s $69.95 . Worth having. I bought one before I traveled in my campervan from Victoria to Cairns . It came in really handy showing free camps & caravan park prices. I cooked my meals 99% of the time & organised a packed lunch & snacks for the days drive.

Thanks!! We’ve got the wikicamps app which shows free camps and caravan park prices. We’re slowly saving up recipes that we can cook and will hopefully make last a couple of days. Cutting out chocolate/ice creams and coffees is going to be the hardest part! Snacks are going to be hard as well! 🤣 Cheers!

😊So good guys, Much better without the rain. Who would've thought about the flying ants. I will if I am travelling up there in future. 😁. Snakes are a part of walking in Australia. I have walked past many that I haven't seen that others have told me about when they were following. In most cases they just like to be left alone. Seems like a great little spot for a couple of nights next to the pub. Looking forward to seeing where you end up next.
