This week, we took it slow in Exmouth, enjoying some well-deserved rest. On our final day, we ventured out to explore:
Harold Holt Naval Communication Station - A key site for submarine communications, crucial during the Cold War era.
Bundegi Beach - A stunning spot with crystal-clear waters and serene surroundings.
Vlamingh Head Lighthouse - Offering panoramic views and rich history from WWII, including original sandbags used as ballistic barriers.
Jurabi Turtle Centre - A haven for turtle conservation and a great spot to learn about these majestic creatures.
SS Mildura - We visited the memorial cairn and the hauntingly beautiful SS Mildura shipwreck.
