With the new changes at least Canadians do not need to interrupt or spend more on their trip by taking a pre-departure test to enter Canada.

I arrived at Cancun airport 3 hours before my flight. I think arriving 2.5 hours would have been sufficient. The food and drinks in the airport were so expensive. Even a bottle of water costs almost $10. When i did the arrivecan, it didn’t ask us to upload covid test results, just passport and proof of vax. I was also randomly selected for testing at arrival in Canada but my husband was not. I Got the result the next day and it was negative. What I didn’t know Is that the government robo calls the passengers days after arrival, even if they were not tested.

Thanks for the info! I heard Canada may be removing the pre departure pcr testing requirements for vaccinated travellers returning home. 🤞🏼

Hey I wanted to ask I got vaccinated outside of Ontario in Bangladesh. And I have a proof of vaccination card with a qr coad will that work in the arrivecan app?
