So so so thankful y’all left Florida before the storm! Sue you were blessed with that “Momma instinct” and I am so thankful for you❣️🥰 they’ve now shut down the parks as the hurricane is tipping as a “CAT 5”. CAT 4 is dangerous enough! So thankful you are all safe 🙏

So glad you made it back safely. My late husband was a 747 pilot before he died. He always said make sure you drink plenty of water. Take short breaks if you need to catch up. But it’s always worse flying from East to west for jet lag. It effect’s you a lot more. I hope you all get back to normal soon. I think you do fabulous flying with all your little ones and big ones.❤️❤️❤️

in all our frequent flying back and forth between California and London, we've learned that it seems best to force yourself to be on the time of wherever you land. So with us it's an 8 hour time difference (rather than 5, as with Florida), and we just try to soldier on and force ourselves to stay awake till the people of each time zone go to bed. It's hard the first day--but we find we get over jet lag MUCH faster than when we give in and let ourselves take naps!

Our worst jetlag part is leaving our Australian city at 6:30am and arriving in Los Angeles at 6:45 am that same day. We always have a 2 hour nap the afternoon we arrive. Going home is just as fun. Last time we left LA at 11pm Monday night and arrived home 4:30pm Wednesday. No, it didn't take almost 2 days but we cross the international date Line and lose a day

Hi Sue and Noel I’m interested to know why you didn’t take the car hire given by TUI - and wondered if it might be because, as we discovered to our horror when we arrived in Florida in July this year, that they do not include luggage when they allocate a car. Who travels to Florida without luggage? This rule meant that before we had even left the airport, we had to part with $1k, just to get in a car that could fit us and our luggage!! And we are only a family of five. I am locked in a battle with TUI about this rule. They will not explain why they have it but only that it is in the Ts&Cs. I did some clicking around and did eventually find it in a Q&A section of the Ts&Cs. However, in their website section on car hire to Florida it is nowhere to be seen. Extremely misleading and not at all transparent. Buyers beware!!
@maggieunderwood92892 жыл бұрын
Your family really seems to like IHOP. It is kind of like McDonalds's for Americans. It's fine, but not very good quality. The next time you are in Florida, try Keke's for traditional American pancakes, eggs and waffles. It is a Florida chain and much, much better foods. As the traditional farmers breakfast is a huge part of American cuisine, great breakfast restaurants are everywhere.

I am a penniless traveller in India but i LOVE LOVE LOVE the Radfords. They work so hard and i feel that they are a fine example of what hard work can achieve. I feel that it's HIGHLY admirable and i love their life ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'm sure it's taken them years and years to achieve what they have and from a practical point of view eating out at times Is necessary as it must be a nightmare to always cook for so many. They are down to earth and practical. Here in India they have maids to do the slightest thing for you of you have money. Whereas the Radfords do everything for themselves and i really do admire that ❤️ They are not at all pretentious. Re they aren't exactly employing nannies and flying first class. Also noels doing stuff round the house. So her deffo not pretentious. And ihop is not upmarket
