Literally the same thing happened to me in this exact spot, I was sitting in my uber and suddenly a monkey striked and stole my glasses, we offered them some prasad cuz we didnt had frooti or smth, the monkey broke the glasses when stealing tho i got it fixed

In 2017, we visited Vrindavan during the month of March this came incident occurred with my dadu as well 😅 we were walking and suddenly my dadu said that a monkey took his chashma ever since that I never wore spects, sunglasses or hairbands whenever I visited places like Vrindavan, Mathura and Haridwar, Rishikesh I am always scared about this 😂

Recently I visited Vrindavan and believe me or not it's the worst tourist place I have ever visited, I mean the place of spirituality , the holy birth place of GOD Krishna no more exists . Every direction, there is sewages, dirty "nala" , nasty smelling roads, dirty roads, crowded market , chaos, business etc. No where you can find peace there . The same thing happened to us , one of our aunty wore specs and just like yours , the monkey took her specs and one man helped and demanded ₹150 and that too for twice cause monkey took it once again. Moreover they demanded ₹5000 and said they would make us visit all the temples without waiting in the line , they said that they would tke from secret gates , so what the heck is this kind of business, I mean everyone should be able to visit , without any inequality . Is it the teachings of lord Krishna, how can this kind of cheap behaviour one can expect from that holy place. Bro visit Northeast here we will let you stay ,eat and show you all the places if you ask any local for help . For sure , I won't recommend anyone to visit VRINDAVAN.
