Nice video - I note you have a frame around your outboard on the little boat- Try making a TEMPORARY ply rudder, and clamp it onto the frame, then lock your outboard at straight ahead position and see if it steers better with the rudder. A project for the better weather perhaps - Bless you all - John

They have brought back fond memories of my life on the canals.. I lived on a narrow boat for over fifty years and enjoyed every minute of it.. unfortunately I had to leave the narrow boat life behind because of my health .. Issues.. how ever thanks to you and a few others . the memories of my life keep flooding back . There are a few things that I miss . one being the community spirit that abounds on the canals. The sense of belonging is something that you will always remember no matter what you decide to do in the future.. He and Granny used to go on holidays walking the canals. They once did the Leeds-Liverpool.
