It's a shame for mainland mizoram Govt for such bad road connectivity in Chakma ADC areas. This region is very much apart of the state but it looks like the state Govt is not giving enough efforts to develop this region.
@Nameless-ls4jb2 жыл бұрын
Bro read what you wrote again ADC autonomous..the development project is made and carried out by their legislative assembly.The development is carried by the Council and beside if you think this place is the only place with road connectivity than you are absolutely wrong lol
@pawthirapawthira2082 жыл бұрын
Idiot its ADC area....they have their own ADC government.....they get separate direct fund from central for the development of their ADC area...they even get their own revenue in their area.....state government has nothing to do with their fund or ADC government....they are corrupt...they eat all the fund they get and now start blaming state government

I thought your tooth have fell out while chewing the chicken leg.😅😅 Anyway, thank you so much for exploring Chakma areas and bring it light to the world. You are the first youtuber to explore every corner of CADC. Earlier a youtuber viz. Nomadic Indian who once visited CADC, but skiped the kamalanagar, left unexplored. He stayed a night and left the following morning.

The road is in too bad condition. I feel that CADC being a council under sixth schedule should have improved the main road of the area. ADCs under sixth schedule have more autonomy and they can easily construct such roads.

Try to explore other Chakma inhabited area of Demagiri(tlabung) region in Lunglei dist... You can experience boat ride upto Bangladesh border where Nomadic Indian did... Chakmas inhabit in three District of Mizoram Namely Mamit, Lunglei and Lawngtlai in same geographical area from North to South. But unfortunately only Chakmas of Lawngtlai falls under Sixth Schedule.

The river name is not touzong it's Tuichawng river
@PratapSingh-tb9ee2 жыл бұрын
It has always been Toijong for our communities not Tuichawng. The mizo name Tuichawng itself comes from the word "Toijong". Not to criticise here but the government of Mizoram should stop misrepresenting history and changing the names of villages and rivers of minority communities to Mizo language.
@pekapachuau46252 жыл бұрын
@@PratapSingh-tb9ee All the CADC areas before are Bawm community areas not chakma... Before chakma enter mizoram chawngte village already exists and the river is already called Tuichawng....Chakma are not there at that time and All the kamalanagar 1 areas made oranges farms by the mizos... Majority of the chakmas enter mizoram on after 1960's due to Bangladesh govt building Dam...
@pawthirapawthira2082 жыл бұрын
@@PratapSingh-tb9ee shame on you....only after the building of kaptai dam u people enter our land...and now u are talking about history, name, etc.......before the building of kaptai dam our mizo cheif control and own all the modern day (CADC area) ....also we lost our land because of the insurgency movement in mizoram....because during mizo insurgency movement indian government grouping lot of village....small village are burn and sifted in to bigger village and chakma take advantage of that and occupy lot of our old village.....our ancestor protect this whole mizoram (lushai hill) from outsider, also before british came no outsider dare to step their foot inside our land because we always hunt their head....not only lushai hill we even control lot of land, mountain range and valley inside chitagong hill tract
