I must admit, I’ve never heard of a Paneer Chilli spread before-sounds intriguing & interesting 🧀🌶 Their garden is absolutely stunning-so beautifully maintained! 🌿🌸 And there goes Tanmay again, back to the vendor to grab some fresh Verka curd 👍 It’s been ages since I came across the OG Cetral brand calendar or an Ephedrex pen stand, often repurposed for so many uses. Such lovely nostalgia! 🕰✒️ Aunty is preparing a scrumptious Aloo gravy sabzi that looks mouthwatering, while KS has whipped up a thick and refreshing veg raita-simply perfect 💯 The playful kitchen banter about Tashi’s love for spicy food is so entertaining-seems like the entire family shares a love for spice! 🌶🔥 Breakfast looks absolutely drool-worthy-crisp pooris, flavorful aloo sabzi, creamy raita, salad, and tangy pickles-a feast to savor! 😋🍽 Round 1, completed successfully! ✅ And of course, Tanmay’s fondness for green chilies shines through yet again. 🌶 The addition of Chena Murki (or “Moistened Paneer Candy” in English) is a delightful touch-a sweet indulgence with origins in Bengal or Odisha.
