Excellent travelogue! Bob will forgive you for the "deer incident," eventually.

He got the car fixed and he’s already over it. Of course, there’s money….lol.

Love the Presidential grave site focus. I bet it was cool. Sounds like a. Awesome vacation. Picking an unfamiliar antique mall is always a good time. I'm glad you guys are okay. Hitting a deer is no joke. Happy you're safe and can laugh about it now. Safe travels getting home. ❤

It's a horrible feeling to get in an accident while driving a friend's car. While driving overnight, I fell asleep and hit the guardrail in my friend's brand new car (less than a week old). He was much nicer about it than I would have been. You are right, everyone is ok and that is the most important thing. That treehouse tent looks cool, but I think one night would be enough for me. Thanks for the shoutout on the bikini magazine!

I’m home and I’m so glad. Today’s travel was pretty exhausting so it’ll take me until tomorrow to recover. I was paranoid and let him drive the rest of the trip. Falling asleep at the wheel is so scary. I’ve done it a couple times - so freaky.

@@garagegeek4863 Good thing it wasn’t a moose. Your car could have flipped over. The ones here (Elg) weigh upwards to 700 kg and are still smaller than the ones in North America.

Looks like you really enjoyed your trip. Here in Tennessee deeds are everywhere. Everyday there's a fresh one on the side of the interstate. When we were on vacation. My stepson wrecked my car when he was going to work. Stuff happens what you go do.

I did. I’m ready to be home though. I’ve known plenty of people who have had car / deer issues but this was the first time for me. Sad for the deer.

These videos take me back to my first visit to Boston, apart from the dead presidents. I went to Salem too. Years ago, I hit a deer. It survived and ran away, though our car was damaged. It might have died soon after :(

Yeah, the deer thing is really sad. I guess the best solution is try not to drive at night. The last time I had deer issues was when I was leaving Grand Canyon NP - there was nowhere to sleep. Deer were all over the roads in groups. Plus it was foggy. I was tired too. Very bad combination.

No poison ivy without "pee". Crazy deer story... but it's good you're both okay.
