It would be hard to get past the $100 price tag, however, it was obvious that this was truly trying to provide an outstanding food experience (not just ambiance) to justify the price...its seems like they may have succeeded!! As a typical midwestern American male it would be hard to spend the $ when I know that a plate full of biscuits & gravy along with a pile of bacon can make me as happy as can be!

Based on Ruby's video of the M Resort $100.00 buffet, I prefer Caesar's Bacchanal buffet . The $100.00 buffet definitely looked good but not good enough to blow Caesar's buffet out the of the water, so to speak. Thumbs up for Ruby's video.

Actually, $100 does not sound bad since in Florida, some of the nicer restaurants will cost you $100/person for a 3-course lunch (salad/entree/dessert w/wine or beer.)

I’ve been to Bacchanal buffet in Caesars palace and thought it was ok. If I’m already paying $85 for Bacchanal buffet. I’m willing to pay $100 for high quality protein and seafood. It seems like a great value for great quality of food at an upscale restaurant. Plus your in Vegas so why not. It’s part of entertainment.

Looks really good overall. Lamb and Wellington a bit over done for me. But I would totally eat them. Lobster and crab I can skip. Shrimp, sushi, gnocchi, and ravioli looked good. In my younger days I could crush a buffet. Not so much any more and have to be selective as to not fill up too fast. $100 looks to be justified if you can eat enough. Haha!

Airline Chicken just means a skin on breast with the drumette attached. It sounds special, right? 6-7 years ago we were at a $$$$$ Thanksgiving buffet at the Westin here in Austin featuring (among many other things) spatchcocked chicken - it sounded very special - until later when I learned it meant they cut the backbone out of the bird so they could cook it flat on the grill. I loved the M-Casino buffet before they closed down. Have not been back to gamble since. Up the street Southpoint breakfast is affordable Monday - Friday with complementary Bloody Mary, and I have been doing OK gaming. I am not a crab, shrimp, or lobster person, nor do I eat a lot of beef and did not like Anthony's food or service the 3 times I have tried to eat and enjoy in that location... Price of this buffet will keep me away from the M-Casino a bit longer, but thank you for the rapidly produced review...

The seafood alone is worth the 100$ if you're into that sorta stuff and can pound it, as someone who doesn't eat seafood, i wasn't impressed. The omelet was overcooked, the wellington was overcooked as well. Now if they had Rib eye or Filet mignon or something. Maybe, but again how much can you really eat of buffet quality meats for 100$? Texas De Brazil at least is really high quality meats

Really enjoy your videos, although I have to disagree with your lamb and especially your take on eggs benedict. Eggs Benedict should really never be anything but made to order, and that is because the eggs needs to break a runny yolk and the best part of the benedict is the sauce that should be light and not hardened. Also with the lamb, I think anything over medium is going to be terrible and that lamb just looked well done. I've eaten at just about every brunch spot in town, I feel like the M resort Buffet would be worth $100 if it included all you can drink mimosas, for just the food I feel like the four seasons buffet is a better deal for half the price and they also are targeting a small amount of guests.

This would be a special occasion spend. It's seems expensive but given what they offer. It's seems worth it for a birthday, anniversary or a occasion to treat someone you love. Everything looked great. It seems they pride themselves on quality and as someone who has worked in the industry I know how hard it is to come through and how much skill and discipline the chefs have to have to deliver it like that everyday. This buffet is aspirational, not about class warfare, though most wealthy consumers wouldn't spend $100 on a buffet either. It would be viewed as unnecessary since there are other fine dining buffet at half the cost.

Airline Chicken...The name of the cut is variously attributed to the shape resembling an airplane wing or that, because the exposed bone could be used as a handle to pick up the entire piece and eat it out of hand, it made it easier to eat in-flight.

Were the lobster tails and crab legs hot? We miss the Sterling buffet, because it had unlimited caviar, too, as well as champagne, and even sake for under $100. You have not eaten lobster tail until you've eaten hot lobster tail with caviar on top! The beef Wellington does look good as does the prime rib. It seems pricey, but if you go to a steakhouse and order an appetizer, salad, beef, or something like lamb chops, and desert you will go over $100 per person. If you think of it, that way, all these gourmet buffets are worthwhile. and this is obviously a lot better than the all you can eat lobster day at the Palms buffet which runs around $70 and has a tremendously long line and waiting time.

​@zendoll1 This is at Anthony's steakhouse at MResort, offering a Sunday brunch buffet only. The MResort buffet used to be a regular buffet but they had special nights and it was outstanding. Sadly, after covid hit, a lot of the buffets didn't reopen. The same thing happened at Aria and also Silverton, who used to offer lobster night on Fridays.

Not sure if I missed it mentioned in the video, but just in case people watching don't know, the M Resort buffet here is based in the steakhouse restaurant so the steak/meat on the buffet is just top tier stuff (and also why it's $100 a pop). From friends who have gone there in the past, the lamb and steak are incredibly good (unless it's been sitting too long, but that's true of any buffet of course) and the desserts and seafood are amazing as well. I don't eat seafood, but the lobster stuff and crab legs I've been told are "S tier" by friends lol

For someone like Ruby who appreciates a really good buffet you should go. When she is 85 she will remember these buffets that were only $100 clear back in 2023, Otherwise save that $100 and that is what the hospital charged my 90 yr old dad to give him a Tylenol when he had a headache and had to call his MD for an order. I think the $100 is cheap for a memory that will last a lifetime
