Dear Ms. Cosa, sweet woman with a heart from heaven; interpreting a heavenly piece with those angelic hands❗️ Sooooo perfect a performance❗️❗️❗️ In 1984 things were not going well….. financially; my unpublished music was all I could cling to………. coming out of the Navy in San Diego, California. Met a guy who appeared out of nowhere…… who invited me to listen to his band ( Robyn Banks ). When I arrived….. I could hear….. from the open windows……. “TRAVELS”. I’d NEVER HEARD ANYTHING QUITE SOOOO HEAVENLY ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ As soon as I could afford it…. I bought my first 12 string acoustic…. It delivered a new harmonic universe to me❗️ That was 40 years ago❗️ As a self taught jazz composer……I can thank Pat Metheny and the original members: ▪️Lyle Mays ▪️Dan Gottlieb ▪️Steve Rodby ▪️Nana Vasconcelos (guest percussionist) for opening my musical eyes ❗️ Having an inborn passion for words….. this song inspired me to write lyrics for this absolutely enchanting melody ❗️ Without looking at my 40 year old notes….. 👀…. I think the first verse says: “ IM A TRAVELING MAN, TAKING TO THE HIGH ROAD, DO THE BEST I CAN, WITH ALL IVE KNOWN, ON MY OWN, STUMBLING IN MY WISHES, MAKE MY WAY ALONE, NOT LONG TILL IM HOME.” YOUR RENDITION EXPOSED YOUR SOUL TO THE WORLD… AS SOFT, DELICATE, AND ENDEARING; THANK YOU. AND,WHAT A BEAUTIFUL,GUITAR,…😮 SUCH AN ELOQUENT TOUCH YOU HAVE ❗️ I hope to purchase another classical guitar as my old one was stolen when I was in the Navy 😢 O well …… no worries I’m working on my debut album….. ( why soooo late coming out ? … long story 👀… lol) It’s not going to be finished till around 2025. I mostly compose on piano …. these melodies are very special to me ……. Including a special tribute to Lyle Mays…. ( the Mozart of our 21 century)❗️❗️❗️ Yes…… sadly….. we lost Nana in 2016…… and Lyle in 2020……. a PROFOUND musical loss for the planet 😢. But…… there flowers will bloom inside us FOREVER! I want to do these pieces proper Justice 🥴 so I won’t rush.🌷 Of course I’ve subscribed!! I hope to see you live as you tour Chicago one day! Admirable. Les arrangements que vous proposez sont excellents et n'ont d'égal que la maîtrise de votre interprétation. Le son de la guitare est beau mais mériterait peut-être une égalisation plus "ronde", plus chaleureuse, (moins d'attaque, moins d'aigus) et une réverb un poil moins longue, mais ce sont de tous petits détails de l'ingé-son que je suis et qui chipote. Bravo Palma. C'est superbe.

In realtà ho fatto delle prove di registrazione con questa Alhambra che ha un suono nettamente diverso dalla mia fedelissima Takamine CP132sc che ha invece un suono più intenso e bello, come puoi ascoltare in altre registrazioni che ho fatto ..Però ti ringrazio lo stesso dei tuoi consigli e sono contenta ti siano piaciuti i miei arrangiamenti ☺️🎵

I had the pleasure of having seen him in concert twice in Seattle during the 1990s: once during his "Secret Story" tour and once on a pier during a perfect summer's evening! I have subscribed to your channel and have enjoyed your other videos; this one is special because I saw it first and I love that song!
