They TRIED TO Kick Us Off Icon Of The Seas, But We Said NO!

We did a back 2 back on Carnival before and we didn't have to leave the ship. We stayed in the dining room until everyone was off the ship and we were free to roam the ship afterward and go up and get food.

I am unashamed to say I have done that...we were on the top cabin deck and next to all the doorbell suites and left the ship at the end of debarkation so we got to view all those suites. Whilst doing this we saw the nice Coke pkg mugs in the trash so I took two to wash and sterilize, still have those, they are great. One man's trash is another man's treasure! BTW thanks for videoing this experience, first time I've seen it recorded. We've done it too, we just had to wait on the outside Promenade, walk onto the bridge over to the terminal and they handed out new cards and we walked right back on.

On our B2B our cards were delivered to our rooms later in the week. Wow! That was a ton of people doing a B2B.

Back-to-backs are the best and I highly advocate it, especially on the new RCI ships because it’s hard to do it all in one week! We did a back-to-back on Mariner when it was new and we didn’t know we had to go to customs. I also felt like I was I trouble so it was funny you said that. I really enjoyed your Icon videos. Glad you were able to relax on your second week! Your videos made us really exited about our Icon sailing! Can’t wait!

I did it back-to-back cruise before Covid from Southampton England to New York City and then back to Southampton. I did have to get off the cruise in New York City even if you aren’t taking day trips since you have to go through customs even if you don’t wanna get off the ship you have to, but that’s different because it’s a international voyage

Thanks for the videos. I'm trying to book a cruise...are best deals on the cruise line website? Is it correct that I can't find excursions and costs until I book? And the ones that are included in the price like on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity are they filled up such that you can't get the free ones and have to do the ones for a fee? Thanks.

Yeah, we usually just book through the website, the earlier you book, the cheaper it usually is. Never heard of a free excursion but it is true, you can’t book excursions through the cruise line untill you book your cruise. However, if you want to book an excursion through a 3rd party company, you can do that anytime
