A bit messy, he wasted so much rice while he was making it jump in the wok. Also it's preferrable to quickly toast the rice separately otherwise it'll be damp when you add it to the egg, as it happens here. Aside from these nitpicky considerations of Thai cuisine (I have Thai cooks in my family), the flavor seems to be there, and this restaurant deserves to be rewarded for the chef's kindness during the pandemic, judging from the other comments.
I felt like this was a 30 min ASMR video. But by 20 minutes I was already in too far to stop. loll.

I had lived in Bangkok for 5 years, I loved all the Thai food, but I prefer Thai noodles to fried rice. My favorite street food was Roti, and guava with spicy salt

When you look at every step of the cooking process in detail, you will be eating food that is worth the money.More than just the food you eat deliciously, you won't feel bad paying.

TWO ? Mate i dont think she expalins this enough for them before they accept her offer. She offers them multiple grocers of their favourite pick and to pay for it. but they think its a challenge to cook for a wedding, i think she asks them this much food so that theyre able to use their concentrations with multiple tries on their dishes of professionality, to show how they really cook ( like nobody is watching) instead they make this big meat fiesta where they just think quantity instead of personal touch quality ( i might be wrong) but my intuition tells me if she tell them beforehand that she dont want to eat but to watch cooking craft / art they wont waste all these shrimps and 100kg rice portions. Pretty sure about that

I was wondering if they did, but I watched the whole thing & didn't see them do the actual cleaning. Just removing shell & putting it in ice water then not much after that. I don't think soaking it in water is good enough to remove. Where did you see them remove it?
