@@justink4416 Voilà, Justin je te suggère pour une pizza du dois prendre quelques tomates bien ferme, tu les fais tremper dans de l'eau chaude pour te faciliter à retirer la peau, tu les coupe en dés, tu ajoute 1 à 2 gousses d'ail, du poivre du sel un peu de curcuma et quelques branches de thym (si les tomates sont assez acides tu ajoute un peu de sucre) en dernier tu les fais cuire dans une poêle. One of the best videos I have seen - the dough balls must surely be your best selling product and your best pizza is the square double dough margarita but with no basil - nevertheless that pizza looked incredible. I think the business concept of per slice is correct in an area with high footfall because the pizza does not stay on display for long and sometimes the vendor can heat up the slice and from a profit standpoint - that concept is correct. The noticeable advantage from that square pizza - is that surely you can prepare the mould and so in anticipation of a busy period you have several pizzas ready and a hot oven that looked tremendous that means you can deliver many pizzas in short order and turn a profit - I think your skills at crimping the edges was very high level and specifically when you made that massive thin one which is so easy to tear and a hole can appear in the dough and so I like your business concept and the marinade of the dough balls - it is a matter of whether or not you get the footfall but if you do then I like the margins that would be made. Thank you for uploading - the square pizza and dough balls looked amazingly good!!!!

Best pizza I ever had was in Jersey City at Journal Square by the PATH train station. Grew up just blocks away. Get a couple of slices to go just cheese. Awesome. That was in the 70s. Doubt it’s still there. Live in California now. Nothing close.

@@exileop1365 I get paid 13 an hour/40 hours a week plus between an extra 100 to 190 dollars a week in divided tips doing pizzas like this and copious amounts of other things 9 to 11 hours a day (except Sundays). Work hard, never call out and no corporate BS. Best of all, I fucking love it.
