when it comes to simple candy production you can see how precise and dedicated the worcmanship is! how clean work surfaces are! i especially like the little Grilling machine! you could probably use it in grilling Yaki Tori sticks as well! thanks guys!

Looks like dango which I’ve tried in some Japanese Supermarket, only with the dark brown syrup though.
This job can be in Japan and China because in other countries this rice is not sticky.. Well, the most fragrant rice is the most expensive rice in Iran. But it is not sticky like this rice. ❤❤❤❤❤
What exactly are these desserts? And what is rubbed on top of them before packing?

Rice cakes. It seems like a variety pack - one is toasted then coated in sweet soy sauce glaze, one untoasted with the same glaze, one with black sesame paste, one with either soybean or mung bean paste, one with mstcha paste, one red bean paste, and one with lots of powdered sugar
@jhandle9007 ай бұрын
@Catherine_Yong the last one looked more like soybean powder.

@@jhandle900 now that you mentioned it, I looked back at the footage. It does indeed show the same tan tint as the wooden box next to it, so it probably was kinako. However, no one in their right mind eats kinako without sugar, so it's likely a mix of kinako and powdered sugar. Personally, I like to do a 1:1 kinako:sugar ratio because I like things that aren't super sweet, but the most I'm willing to go for mochi is 1:2 kinako:sugar.
