*Be careful.* If the brake fluid level indicator did light up, even if the vehicle was on a gradient, this means the brake fluid is lower in level than expected. If you have not done so already, check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and ensure it is topped up to the maximum point, and also look behind each wheel and look along the length of the chassis, visually checking for brake fluid leaks - the steep hills of Devon will cause increased braking / fluid pressure finding any weak points in the system. If the fluid is found to be lower than maximum, and if in doubt you might want to pop into a garage to ask them to raise the van on a ramp and check for any leaks.

Good to have you both down my neck of the woods. I dont know if you will do South East Devon, Exmouth has a lovely sandy beach, Sidmouth and Seaton are really nice and have some good access routes for the motor Home. Beer is a lovely cove type beach and is lovely but slightly dicey to get down with a van but my uncle went down with his 4X4 so i guess the lanes are wide enough.

I know obviously you need signal to up load at the very least, but why don't you just change to O2 , or even better still, just get a mobile dish and sat router problem solved, I'd suggest paying a few more quid and getting a good sat finder (the cheap ones are crap) I spend usually about 3mins tuning ours in, oh ye, get a decent tripod, the low floor mount ones get blocked to easy by trees and buildings. We have sky in our caravan , even had it in the tent years ago before the caravan 👍😁 it doesn't have to cost the earth, bought our whole setup in bits and pieces from car boot sales over the years.

Hi there, Dan I notice when you're going through Towns and village's, that your not scanning the rooftop for Cell phone masts and aerials. These are usually found beside police stations or small hospitals or government buildings and if you pull in beside them you'll get faster uploads. Leaving you more time to pick out better wild parks ups. Anyhow love watching you pair, keep up the good work.

You think is bad on that road. I drive a lorry around there. Plus you are on exmoor and there’s not normally a good signal. Welcome to north Devon. Just to let you know that the road to Barnstaple is not much better than where you had come from. For signal Dan, try and stay on top of the hills. Valley’s don’t have very good signal. Porlock Hill main road is better than that rip off toll road in my experience. The puff of smoke is likely a DPF cycle I imagine so you're probably fine with that. 3 is indeed rubbish in Somerset! Loving that farmer with his hay, he's probably done the same trip with the same tractor and trailer for 65 years or something without a haircut, not many can say that these days!
