This trains runs at 7am from Dhaka and reaches Chittagong at 12:10pm. This is a fully reserved Non-Stop train, having halt at Bimanbandar station only. Also, this is the fastest train on this route.

এক এক করে বলি কেমন? মহানগর প্রভাতী এক্সপ্রেস ট্রেনের সাদা কোচগুলো চাইনিজ কোচ.....আর মৈত্রী আর বন্ধন এক্সপ্রেস ছাড়া বাংলাদেশে কোন "ফুল এসি ট্রেন" নেই....সোনার বাংলা এক্সপ্রেসের খাবার ভালো জেনে সত্যিই ভালো লাগলো....২০১৯ এ সুন্দরবন এক্সপ্রেসের এসি ফার্স্ট ক্লাসে অত্যন্ত জঘন্য খাবার পেয়েছিলাম. চট্টগ্রাম গেছো যখন আশা করি কক্সবাজার, ইনানী, টেকনাফ ঘুরে আসবে....এরপর চট্টগ্রাম থেকে বিজয় এক্সপ্রেসে যাও সিলেট....সিলেটের ট্রেন জার্নি খুব সুন্দর. সিলেট থেকে পারাবত এক্সপ্রেসে ঢাকা এসে, ঢাকা থেকে রাতে খুলনা যাওয়ার চিত্রা এক্সপ্রেস ধরো.....খুলনাতে রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের আদি বাড়ি আজ ও আছে , যেখানে ঠাকুর পরিবারের বর্তমান প্রজন্ম বাস করেন. গ্রামের নাম পীঠাভোগ....এরপর খুলনা থেকে বন্ধন এক্সপ্রেসে কলকাতা ফিরতে পারো বা কোন একটা বাস ধরে বেনাপোল এসে বর্ডার পেরিয়ে বনগাঁ লোকাল এখানে একটা জরুরী কথা বলি.....বাংলাদেশ থেকে যখন দেশে ফিরবে ৫০০/- বাংলাদেশি টাকা ট্রাভেল ট্যাক্স দিতে হয়.... যদি বন্ধন বা গ্রীনলাইনে ফেরো , ভাড়ার মধ্যেই ধরা থাকবে....আর যদি লোকাল বাসে বর্ডার আসবে মনে করো, খুলনার হোটেলে জিজ্ঞেস করে নিও ট্রাভেল ট্যাক্স কোথায় দিতে হবে....ওর রশিদ দেখাতে হয় বর্ডারে

Our Indian bloggers always presented BD in a positive way but your chapri bloggers always complain about India when they visit India. Like one year back a blogger from your country was detained by our Airport officials at Chennai airport because he was carrying Vape in his luggage later on that blogger came live on facebook and he used abusive words towards our security officials, later on that same blogger made food vlog of some Indian flight where he was criticising about the food given to him. He was saying "er theke Bangladesh er train e bhalo khawar dewa hoi". I was like seriously?? Was he expecting to be served with Chicken Biriyani on the flight that also for 1 hour journey?

Dear Dada, if you are still staying in Bangladesh, I would suggest you to make trip from Dhaka sadarghat to Barishal by Launch like Prince Awlad or other premium launches. Trust me it is best travel experience in Bangladesh and will give you a lifetime lovely experience.

Congratulations !#! For you to visit BD is like us Indian Punjabis getting to visit Pakistan Punjab. Even more if you are from a refugee family like I am. My family came from West Punjab to East Punjab at the time of Partition. Like Punjabis, Bengalis too were uprooted from their ancestral homes during Partition. We Punjabis and Bengalis have an affinity with our people on the other side of the border. Most Indians don't inderstand that. BD is a small country so we should not expect India style superfast trains.

I am sure in your home Fhaka, Comilla, Sylhet, Jessore, Chittagong etc are also etched in memories. Rest of India cannot relate to or understand Partition like we Punjabis and Bengalis do. To them its a chapter in the history books. And we, Punjabis and Bengalis, actually experienced it and lived through it.

You can travel around Cox's Bazar by AC (Desh Travels, Shyamoli, Hanif, Sohag Elite, Green Line.... or Non AC (Marsa, Unique, Saudia...) buses, along with St. Martin's, Rangamati's Rajban Vihar, Kaptai. , Ramjadi Vihar in Bandarban, Golden Mandir, Nilachal, Nilgiris,Debothakum,Amiakhum Waterfall, Boga lake etc.and Chittagong Naval, also Bhatiari Lake, Guliyakhali Sea Beach in Sitakunda, Mahamaya Lake in Mirsrai, Napittachara, Khiachara, Jharna can be visited. But one important thing is to know well that there are some official rules and regulations for visiting foreign destinations in hilly areas, besides, you must know that there are certain rules and regulations regarding when you can go and with whom you can go.Especially in Rangamati and Bandarban regions.

১.নীলসাগর এক্সপ্রেস (ঢাকা - নীলফামারী) ইন্দোনেশিয়ার তৈরি সর্বাধুনিক ব্রডগেজ ট্রেন।পিটি ইনকা কোচ।বায়ে টয়লেট সম্বলিত। ২.বনলতা এক্সপ্রেস (ঢাকা - রাজশাহী) ভারতের তৈরি LHB ব্রডগেজ কোচ। ৩.চিত্রা এক্সপ্রেস (ঢাকা - খুলনা) ভারতের তৈরি LHB ব্রডগেজ কোচ। তিনটি ব্রডগেজ ট্রেনের নাম বললাম।মিটারগেজ ট্রেনের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে আধুনিক সুবর্ণ এক্সপ্রেস। কারণ সুবর্ণ এক্সপ্রেসের রেক লেটেস্ট পিটি ইনকা কোচ দিয়ে বানানো।যেগুলোতে বায়ো টয়লেট আছে।তবে সোনার বাংলার রেক এর আগের ব্যাচের পিটি ইনকা কোচ দিয়ে বানানো। আর বাংলাদেশের ভেতরে চলা কোনো আন্তঃনগর ট্রেন পুরোপুরি এসি নেই।আন্তর্জাতিক ট্রেন মৈত্রী এক্সপ্রেসের বাংলাদেশী রেক সম্পূর্ণ এসি।যেমন ভারতেরটা।

@Mr Wonder আমি আধুনিক পিটি ইনকার লেটেস্ট কোচের ট্রেনের কথা বলেছি।নন স্টপ বলি নি। ইন্দোনেশিয়ার পিটি ইনকা ব্রডগেজ কোচ ২০১৬ সালে ৫০ ও ২০১৯ সালে ৫০ টি এসেছে। ২০১৯ সালেরগুলো সর্বাধুনিক, বায়ো টয়লেট সম্বলিত। ওই কোচগুলো দিয়ে বানানো একটি ট্রেন নীলসাগর এক্সপ্রেস। এছাড়া একতা,দ্রুতজান ও পঞ্চগড় এই তিনটা ট্রেনের চারটি রেক।দুটো রেক ২০১৬ সালের কোচ দিয়ে বানানো।আর দুটো রেক ২০১৯ সালের কোচ দিয়ে বানানো।কোন একটাতে টিকিট কাটলে কোন সালের কোচ ভাগ্যে থাকবে সেটা জানা নেই।এজন্যই নীলসাগর এক্সপ্রেসের নাম বলা। আগে বেনাপোল এক্সপ্রেস ছিল পিটি ইনকা ২০১৯ সালের কোচ দিয়ে চলত।কিন্তু এখন চলে LHB কোচ দিয়ে।

Fantastic vlog sir of the modern version of the metre gauge Dhaka Chittagong express! I have an old Newmans Bradshaw which gives the timing of the Green Arrow which was the crack express train of its day. The 1966 timings were as follows Chittagong dep 1240, Feni 1429, Comilla 1604, Akhaura 1714, Brahmanbaria 1813, Tongi 1930, Dhaka arr 2010. It took 7.5 hours for 320 km with 7 stops then which was still pretty fast!

15:57 Meghna isn’t the 2nd largest river of Bangladesh. It is the 2nd largest river in the world (Amazon is first). Depending on place, it is small & big. At Bhairab, it is not that big cause its tributaries are not connected to it there. Meghna isn’t a tributary of Padma, it is the vice versa, Padma is a tributary of Meghna. Padma joins Meghna at Chandpur & the river drains to Bay of Bengal as Meghna river.I recommend you to visit Chandpur via ferry to see the vastness of this river at Chandpur.

Soumit bhai, I suggest you to visit Rangpur. City is quite good. Jamidar bari is one of the best place to visit there in Rangpur. And so many other places as well. I am Indian. I have been in Bangladesh twice, and genuinely its a lovely country. I just loved being in Bangladesh. People are really nice and humble. Visit Rangpur and Sylhet.
