What happens at 1:40 ? what is she doing with her second hand? Why is there not a camera to show it or a picture in the manual? Are you doubling the belt? Why don´t you say it ?

Hello M A, at 1:40 she is simply pulling out the seat belt to give it enough slack to run across the shield. Then she is inserting the vehicle belt through the guides along the shield. Hope this helps!
