Today, we're heading to Traverse City, MI, as we make our way to the Great Wolf Lodge. Settled in 1857, Traverse City is a stunning and lively northern Michigan town, perfect for a family vacation any time of the year. We'll explore The Front Street District, Cherry Republic, and the beautiful Lake Michigan. Traverse City is "The Cherry Capital of the World," which is known for hosting the National Cherry Festival. I agree, and I was surprised the weather cooperated. It wasn't until we got to Great Wolf Lodge did it start pouring. maybe that is why it wasn't as busy as I was expecting.

Can't believe I have been making videos for over 10 years on KZbin. But every week it has only been 5. I think the first 5 years I had a total of 40 subscribers. It's a great stop especially if you are headed to Mackinac Island.

Oh wow. My brother moved to AZ and said it is so hot right now. So he is vacation here in IL in a few weeks. Traverse City is such a pretty place. Cherry Republic is amazing and we always stop there.
