The estate ahead is called Jamaica estate(there was a young businessman who would play Glen Washington's song 'Jamaica' on repeat mode, and that's how the estate got it's name. The entire village is called Mukuyu and it's predominantly inhabited by the Maragoli of the larger Abaluhya tribe although there are of course Luo and the Abagusii.

@nairobinyeusi58113 жыл бұрын
They really don't brag. Their land is really developed for sure. Kisumu is unmatched in that part of Kenya. When they talk of Landing in Kisumu they really do. If it was another tribe occupying Luo Nyanza they'd be saying Ohh We feed Kenya, Ohh we own Kenya 😂😂😂. These are unnecessary Tribal Chauvinism which is very bad. Kenya's should learn to promote each other not stereotype others on the basis of inferiority complex. A region like Luo Nyanza can feed Kenya, Supply fresh water across Kenya & Create serious wealth but tribal Chauvinism in government has really crippled Kenya.

It's 10 times worse in Ethiopia & Somalia in fact in these two countries it has evolved to Racism & Colourism. I see Kenya especially Nairobi soon taking the same trend.
