Stevo 32 by far since this stevo bit was shot 14 years ago and travis bit is a lot more recent... back then Stevo was already better than Travis, Stevo doesnt need all those special effects backups and music backup. dont get me wrong Travis is awesome! But Stevo is simply a better drummer and musician.. he's classic

People need to stop arguing and letting their opinions of Travis and Stevo influence their "decision" on who's the better drummer. They are both great drummers. I personally think Stevo is a more talented drummer, and yes Sum 41 is my favorite band, but still, I have always liked Blink-182 as well. Travis is outstanding on the drums. I just feel Stevo has better rhythm and coordination. But still, like I said, they're both amazing!

sprinks41 you're obviously not a drummer, Steve is all over the place, slows down and speeds, very sloppy, barely any technique. Travis uses lots rudiments in solo, like flams, hertas and 5 stroke rolls, and triplets using a single pedal whereas Steve uses a double

I don't see how this is even a battle of who is better. Steve is one of my favorite drummers of all time and that's just a personal opinion, but back around 14 years ago I was arguing that Travis Barker was better than Joey of Slipknot with band mates. Thats the only real battle. Steve and Travis are no where near similar in styles. Both have their own way of playing. I respect both of them.

If u try covering all the songs of Blink 182 and Sum 41 EXACTLY on DRUMS......Blink 182 songs will always give you more problems,Travis is that good even tho he’s playing in a pop punk(with no metal influence). Sum 41 is more of a Metal Oriented Punk rock,and lets face it as much as i love Sum 41 and steve jocz...I’d vote Travis all the time. Travis solo=playing hip hop with 8 year old rudiments.boring Stevo solo=using double bass and Mike Portnoy-ing,boring. This video doesnt prove anything

i like stevo but if he did not use double bass pedal would be a regular drummer, for me travis is better( he doesn`t use double bass pedal) he has more technique and is faster with his hands

As a drummer who is into Thomas Lang, Mike Johnston, Ilan Rubin and many other great drummers, I've gotta say both of these solo's were fucking terrible. They're just paying fast and linear - there's no techniques or patterns or polyrhythms being used. Travis was the better of the two purely for his speed and stamina, but they would both be put to shame by any of the afformentioned drummers.
