Just a simple google or KZbin search will give you all the evidence you need. There are literal crowd safety experts... they know what to do and how to do it... it just wasn't done here unfortunately.

Live nation, I’m assuming had to of had a permit for a public gathering which again I’m assuming had to have been reviewed And approved bye it’s local jurisdiction. It seems like when it comes to OSHA, They’re ve had to have approved this plan as well as other officials. One of our employees was impaled through the foot and had to have it amputated. I was subject to multiple OSHA interviews and could've been prosecuted had they determined I was negligent.
