I think the album took on a different meaning since the Astroworld tragedy. The utopia he was building wasn’t a natural progression from Astroworld anymore, he was trying to find peace for himself, aka utopia, since the incident

For the people criticizing the Yeezus comparison, the two tracks from Yeezus that are sampled on Utopia are "I Am a God" (MODERN JAM) and "Black Skinhead" (CIRCUS MAXIMUS), two songs Travis specifically mentions by name (5:25) that he worked on on Yeezus - So he's really just recycling his own shit.

This is si crazy the amount of helping hands travis looks for in his albums. He knows what he wants and it just feels like the man is some genius .. Breaking down beats to look for a perfect sound is just as hard or even harder than cooking a beat from scratch ... Having to release Birds in the trap before astroworld just cause he hasn't found what he wants is insane ... Tame Impala, kanye, mike dean, weekend , fiske and pharell work on skeleton is crazy....
