Travis was in, what I consider to be, the last wave of truly great country artists back in the late 80s/early90s. He is an extremely talented artist. @robbiecleighmarks30886 жыл бұрын
ya have to understand though... As great as Willie and Waylon and all the legends were, it would be difficult for those guys to go head to head with a guy as talented pitch perfect as Travis. I am NOT taking anything away from the legends, if it weren't for them there would be no TT. But as a musician, I can tell you that in a picking and vocal battle.. none of them would beat this guy. Listening to Travis in 2022 makes the memories flow from previous years. Such an amazing artist, and very underrated. If your here in 2022 you’ve got a great taste in music!

This guy is a great guy, went to a bar in Nashville TN and he was @ the bar with body guards. I asked him for his autograph and then he asked if he could play pool with us!

Great cover version of a Charlie Daniels Classic. That line is so true a rich man goes to college and a poor boy goes to work.

Wayne Johanson you got to remember something no Wayne America is an opportunity not an entitlement if a person puts themselves in the right place at the right time and they develop a strategy and develop goals they can become the next Donald Trump or the next Clint Eastwood.... through hard work Talent personal performance and action a person can make their own American Dream.

You can work yourself straight to the poor house in any country. That's designed. But., America is a greatest place to do just that.

Yup... was a die-hard ANTI-country music man in '91, then it exploded with Travis, Clint, Garth, Randy, George, A.Jackson, Diamond Rio, Brooks and Dunne, Hal Ketchum, Sawyer Brown, Lorrie Morgan, et al, and they got me to change my tune. (pardon the pun)

Will ALWAYS listen to Travis. One of the nicest men I ever had the pleasure of meeting and talking to (on a semi-regular basis, while living in Smyrna, GA in (1986 til 1988)
