From Stephen Bennett himself: “As I watched you teach Good Dog, I was struck by the thought that you are a really good teacher! So - thanks for teaching that tune! One very small thing that I noticed and wanted to mention just for the sake of accuracy is that the Am that first shows up in the 2nd measure was notated incorrectly in the transcription that Mel Bay put out. I don't pull off the C to B on the 2nd string --- even though that's what the transcription indicated. Instead, I get the B on the 3rd string. I've attached a pdf here indicating what I play. It's obviously the same notes either way, but the sound is slightly different.” Be sure to buy the tab to support the artist! Use me as an example; you might miss some things if you learn solely by ear!
