Im from Mexico, it took me some time but I've figured out. So as far as I know legal age to buy alcohol in the US is 21 (in Mexico is 18), this leaves the best 3 years of University being kind of a waste of time for eager students to party like animals, for gov is convenient is actually a very good control and is a good way to mitigate risk of any chaotic situations with unexperienced teenagers. Anyway, it looks like the guy has this fake or stolen ID, so he memorizes it in order to be able to do what guys over 21 are able to do, namely buy alcohol and get into bars. For at least 3 years this guy becomes ultimately famous among his peeps and girls, because he has an "adult superpower". And lastly, he hopes to meet someday the real guy because thank to his favour he got this adventure. For me this is a very innocent and cute song, It is really awesome to see how law enforcement in regards of legal age for certain things such as buying alcohol is very strict in the US, I mean really the government is protecting the people, specially young ones. So this makes kind of adventurous to try to do things otherwise. In my country law does not exist in any way and in any form, it is sad and discouraging to see how very young people even kids have access to any drug, young fellows in my country get instant access to any market but no access to future or well being whatsoever. Here you can buy anything, but there is nothing for you such as jobs, healthcare or even safety.

UnderGround Not true I worked at a gas station and a screen pops up that you have to put a birthday in and it says what date you have be to be 21 years old on that day. So we look at the date. I have had a guy come in 30min before it was his official birthday day and made him wait until after 12 to buy the beer. This was an all night gas station I worked overnights.

Also in my state if you get caught selling to a minor you lose your job, get a fine of $2,500 and the store gets one for $10,000 - $25,000 depending on how many times it has happened and you can’t sell alcohol for 10 years. You can’t even ring it up at a store. And you get charged with a misdemeanor I have bills and responsibilities so FUCK YOU. Hell a guy from a store down the street failed the beer sting because he thought he read the ID wrong and just put in another birthday. The cops came in and he was arrested for selling to a minor. And now he can’t even be a cashier at Walmart or a grocery store because of one mistake. So yes I made him wait until he could buy the beer legally.

Great song - I remember those days ... would be better if this was an actual old school Georgia license ... ha mine just expired after 10 years of riding around in my billfold .. I'm older than the math may suggest but it still has my picture on it from when I was 20.
