this lesson on it’s own has given me multiple “oh now I get it moments!” 😅🔥, Travis Dykes is the real deal.

Thanks guy , made very plan and simple, nothing left but practice, practice, practice, you've been a great help , before looking at this I had said I wanted to find some one teaching on pentatonics and how to work them in music runs , you the man thanks guy !!!

Awesome lesson! I just wanted to clarify something for anyone confused by the note names in the key of A. Travis was using enharmonic equivalents when he said that there is a Gb and a Db in the key of A. Gb is the same as F# and Db is the same as C#. Thanks for the video! I see what I’ll be spending time on in the shed now!
@samdajellybeenie142 жыл бұрын
Yeah I was wondering about that! Why was he using Db instead of C# - that doesn’t make sense in A Major.

I always found major pentatonic to be a huge pain in the ass in terms of positions. Having mastered the minor pentatonic to death, I just treat it as major with a different root. A major = F# minor with a root in the A basically
