Kinda strange tbh I really thought Yone was an invincible pick. Literally nobody has lost with it so far besides Caps so maybe there is an issue here? XD Jokes asides I think G2 has a big chance to beat Weibo. They do not look really clean and their draft is ass I think if G2 can just show up in their A game then Weibo is def a very beatable opponent. Kinda really sucks to lose that Yone game tho BUT I guess Caps is just not used to playing the pick, if he has been cleaner then Yone would be like 8-0? So so hard to lose with Yone tbh.

The reason they lost was because they had no answer to the scaling Smoulder in mid lane. They realised they couldn't 5v5 and so were forced to try and win through side lanes, very hard to do when the enemy knows that's what's up too

such a bronze take. Literally smolder shits on yone early game AND got 2 early kills. Resulting in smolder getting insta fed and could easily scale. G2 had to find a way to win without teamfighting and almost succeded

should he say "well were just here because the best teams are playing here and its fun playing them but were too bad anyway" ? seriously with your attitude G2 2019 would have never had happened. Also TL and G2 are literally outplaying their asian enemys with smart mid to lategame macro. They just make individual mistakes or in TL´s case - shit themselves. They could for sure beat them. Maybe not the 2-3 best teams, because you really just need the best day of your life but still they could compete if they make less mistakes for sure. The gap overall is big. FNC, 100 Thieves and MDK look like diamond players compared to them, but our best teams actually have macro. Not every Asian team this worlds would last 40+ minutes vs HLE and G2 could have even won the game with 1-2 different decisions. Its legit not even coping. TL should be 2:0 but they just feel nervous.
