Watched several KZbin videos to learn how to install temporary electrical power pole. They were helpful but always missing some parts of the installation. I thought it would be helpful if I can record entire process from the start to finish. Drawings and shopping list is also available at sciencebefores...

@speed-zv2mc Good point, I also worried about that, and when the Master Electrician came to make a final connection, I told him that I didn't torque it and he did it for me. I am surprised you noticed that.

Your video has been very inspiring! I have a 14x40 cabin that I have done most of the work myself! I have even passed an electrical rough in inspection! The next step is temporary power! Everyone tells me I can’t do this without professional help your video shows me I can ! Thank you and good luck with your home! Thanks for your kind words. An inspector passed my work happily and said often times, DIY projects are done way better than professional jobs. Strange, right? Go for it. I really enjoy the process.

you should of saved your 500$ and did the breakers yourself. that was a waste of money considering all the work you already did other than that amazing job.

I wish I could, but unfortunately my state (Maryland) requires an licensed Electrician to pass the inspection.

Thanks. Each electric company has its own code. I followed Pepco manual and Maryland code which I think is IBC code.
