I'm with you, Travis, I hate talking on the phone and if someone calls me I won't answer, I'll text them back (mainly applies to my dad who still even leaves voicemails, like, Dad, I can see that you've called me, you don't have to leave a message, I'll call you back). I agree with you 100% about Richard and Catherine, he's caring for Adele but it's not like he really has a partner anymore, that part of his marriage is sadly over. Adele is taken care of and she doesn't really remember she even has a husband most of the time, so I think it's okay for Richard to take some adult conversation and intimacy where he can.

Watching this episode after just having to suddenly put my cat down yesterday feels like a punch in the gut. The loss of the baby and the grief after seeing the last breath and the way April acts and copes in this episode is just so real.

Mind you...Richard is still married 😒 he's always been a cheater and doing this so soon after her health deteriorated is horrible. She's unknowingly having an affair. I don't even believe he visited her anymore after he found out she was with the other guy, but he still visited Meredith's mom. 😒
