John Munroe helped me improve my love life. Because I win more races my wife has been kind enough to leave the house for me. I've been winning for the last 3 months and haven't seen her since. She's the best. Lol

shocked to hear that punting off other cars isnt in fact a way to win

I mean…. If we were doing 6 maybe it would make the list, but I’m not sure it would fit in too well with the other points 👀😂

@@TraxionGG funny story about winning via punting other cars: i play f1 2021 as well as ACC, and when playing the F2 career on Monaco, i caused a crash in the tunnel that completely took out 14 of 22 F2 cars (DNF), and i got 5th place of the remaining 8 xD

Awesome! How about a tutorial on pit strategy? When should you pit? Should you start with full gas and just add 1 liter during a pit? Pit on first lap to get it out of the way? Stuff like that. Thank you.

I'm trying to pick this game up, I played Forza Motorsport for a decade or more and in the last three or four years I've mastered the group b rally cars in dirt rally 2 but these GT3 cars are something else. I played at launch and it was very difficult to control the cars especially with a low-end wheel on an Xbox but now this new tire model and the 1.8.0 11 update or whatever make them so much better

John Munroe's knowledge about ACC is so sexy if I was gay I would give him a kiss. Definitely improved my life, especially with telling me to use my brain. Looking forward for more great content!

And the fastest way is to get a friend with automotive engineering degree, show him your telemetry, explain to him in details how the car feels and what you want it to do and let him set it up. There is a reason race drivers have engineers around them. I tried every single advice and tutorial i could find on the web, tried every single "fast" setup and still was unable to get anywhere near the fast guys. Then 1 day i met a guy who knows that stuff, asked him really nicely to help me, he said he has time to set my R8 for just one track. I chose Monza since i just couldn't get close even to my own times with the other cars. With the M4 i lap 1:47:2 with the default aggressive setup and with the Audi could barely drop into the 1:49s. 90 minutes of tweak and try where every single lap the time improved almost 0.4 sec. In the end dropped from 1:49:5 qualifying pace, to 1:46.1 RACE pace which i could match in 90% of the laps. And the most interesting is that this setup is the complete opposite of all the other "fast" setups i tried. Instead of low ride height i'm almost maxed out, the suspension instead of hard for monza is soft like in a Maybach, no downforce, almost welded diff, but it works perfectly for me.

what is the best strategy for a 70 min race?
@TraxionGG3 жыл бұрын
If there are no mandatory stops, then try to do it without pitting. Most cars will manage 70 minutes on one tank of fuel, but if any can’t, you may need to run a slightly more conservative engine map to save a bit of fuel. If there is a mandatory pitstop, I would recommend trying to pit near the middle in order to balance out the tyre wear and fuel. In the past I have often put in a little extra fuel for the first stint to give me the option of running longer, and that gives me fresher tyres and a lower fuel load for the second stint. If I’m stuck in traffic before the halfway mark, I might pit early to undercut the competition 😊

6. Buy "magical" paid setups (what i will never do, so i will always lose when i race against similar skilled players, who use a paid setup :) )
@TraxionGG2 жыл бұрын
I strongly recommend just learning how to setup a car, it can be learnt in a single weekend.
