I have owned 3 hair salons over a 20 year career. I don't have them any more, but this is exactly what goes on . A stylist starts in the company, builds a client list , and takes it somewhere else. You have to let them go wright away Because the person leaving, or thinking about leaving always tries to convince another employee to leave with them.... and They will try to destroy your business. Especially if there's bad feelings between the employer, and employees...It is what it is...... Iam sure Max already knows this.

Exactly. A person leaving usually has talked to other employees and can put the idea of a "better" opportunity elsewhere and it just manifest within then spreads to others. Before you know it 1 ex employee turns into 3,4,5 etc.

I've come to realize most things in this world follow the "always or never" rule. People will either NEVER EVER betray you or will betray you at any moment ,always. I still try to see the good in people but I live by the motto "trust but verify" ..it's always painful to be betrayed by those you've fed and looked out for. 10000% props to Trax for ALWAYS keeping it REAL and making sure everyone around you eats. The biggest mitzvah one could do,I'd argue. Lots of love from an Ashkenazi in the Midwest!

All i heard was that the KID got an opportunity, made it to 2nd place in sales, never accepted any job offers from anyone else and due to his lack of experience someone else screwed him over and max is fishing for what accountability the KID can take... Give him a chance, hes young and i know in jewelry and big money you have to be firm and assert whats real, but hes a KID and that conversation plus the video at the start of him being greatful shows hes a good KID. His dad got him the job, he didnt walk in there with the intention to make dirty moves with people like anup did. Trax, if your reading this... Go easy on the kid. He has a chance to learn how men opporate from you as the example.. Teach him instead of critisising.. My opinion take it or leave it. LOVE TRAXNYC man. Keep it going!

You know when I first started seeing this guys shorts it just all felt really fake. It was entertaining, and in this age you can never tell how much content is genuine. I hope that this is all real, because I got a new respect for Trax. He wants Noah to thrive and to be in the business with him. It seems like Noah loves the lifestyle/flash and when you're a kid some pocket change always feels nice. It seems like he wants to be in the game but doesn't have the eye that Trax has. I think they would both benefit from writing out their personal goals, and the expectations they have from each other(as clear and concise as possible that would translate well with one another), then update each other on any changes. It seems like a major barrier in achieving that great synergy is communication.

You followers of Max better realize that he edited the video in his favor to make Noah look bad. If you can't see the deliberate stops and jumps in conversation you are fabricating your own story. Definitely, but I wish Noah would just say what pissed him off. It's pretty lame to sit there and act like a 12 year old girl with this "you know what you said" shit. Just plainly say what's got you upset pretty simple. How can you come to a resolution when you won't admit the problem.

My first ever custom piece was done by TraxNYC actually Giorgi was the one that handled my transaction. Now I needed up getting my piece in March of 2020 right as covid 19 was in the beginning and the country was going crazy!! There was a few errors and things like that but I not only paid for the custom piece but the experience. They did everything fine, communication, kept me in the loop and whether or not I overpaid or blah blah, I knew what I was willing to pay and could afford to lose. I still have the piece almost 3 years later and I love it. Have I lost a few stones, Yes, am I 1000% careful, No, so I get it. My point is, I am a regular guy, who is a finance manager at a dealership from Boston with a wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs and no different then most of you but being able to get the experience for something I wanted and I'm also able to say, TraxNYC knows exactly what they are doing and if you can afford it, go ahead and do it!!

@@joannayakan7392 the margins they showed for sale profit is amount it was sold for minus the cost it took to produce item. However that is not net income for business. They still have a ton of overhead expenses that needs to be deducted including rent in NYC and all the salaries, benefits, and commissions for employees. For example, you rent a store for 100 dollars a month. You make lemonade that costs you 1 dollar a cup to make and you sell one cup for 5 dollars. That's a profit on sale of 4 dollars. But you're still in negative 96 (100 + 1 - 5) dollars for month and don't have any positive net income yet.
