I've worked in the legal cannabis industry in Colorado for many years. I've heard dozens of dozens of stories about employees that have stolen from a legal cannabis business whether it was in a grow or a retail shop (dispensary). Cameras everywhere and people still thought they could get away with stealing or leaving something around to potentially be stolen later on... Granted that is different than hackers getting into a website. Cyber security is a massive thing all companies should have that are as successful as Trax NYC. You shouldn’t consider a branch in Zurich / Switzerland . There’s a market but no one’s offering this.

Free IT advice, get a server/rack, get a LAN line for every workstation, stop using using Bluetooth mouses, they get in the way of wifi signals and need batteries, just get regular mouses, they're cheaper anyways and don't need batteries.

Trax you got to hire a legit cyber security consultant and let them go to work. Cyber crime is all time high right now

Trax is a cool as dude that speaks the truth but he also isn’t building a company through making lasting relationships and respect. If you’re not showing your employees respect and instead yelling at them all the time…. They will not work near as hard for you. Valuable lesson I learned when starting my glass company. Stop hiring people you think look good and start hiring people with actual experience and turn them into friends, not just “employees”

You don't need "ticketing systems" for such a small company. You need an IT team with leadership that matches your own, and that understands their job is to help users. Tickets are for gathering statistics. Help first, write ticket later.
