Traxxas 4-Tec Spec Racing?

I always wondered how the Traxxas 4Tec would handle on a carpet track. After some minor adjustments, I am actually pretty impressed.

Looks like fun. I started racing a little over a year ago. Recently I started racing indoor with the 1/18th scale Apex Mini during the week. I think it has really helped my off-road racing. Of course you have been doing this longer than I have lol

I love rc81s (Apex Mini's). They work on the carpet well also!

I think they got discontinued and It is getting harder to find parts for them. :-(

my man you was great running out there dont cut your self short ok you are a great driver i watch all your videos an you run alot of different rcs an not just one an some people just run that one type so you are a great driver mark ok but if that was the only car you raced you would be one of the best i know cause you try so hard at all different types of rcs an not just one so know you cant be good at the all unless you just race that type right my friend an thank you for all the good videos i got hurt about 3 years ago an i am cripple from my waist down now i was into rcs some before i got hurt but now its has become my life an i love it so know i think you are a great person an keep the great videos comeing ok

Raally enjoying your channel. I'm looking at parking lot racing and was wondering whether to get the 4 Tec 2.0 or the X-Ray T4. I know big difference and the T4 might be overkill but also did not want to regret not getting a good performing racer. Thank you.

Btw, the plastic gear servo are totally bupkus, that's why I use metal gear servos.

Change the tires if you can. Makes all the difference on the 4 Tec.
