The E-Revo VXL is definitely one of best RC in my RC fleet….. the inboard shock configuration is just plain awesome for high speed off-road terrain bashing…. I don’t do any big air jumps with it because I believe it wasn’t made for that…..high speed terrain cruising with moderate jumps is the trucks sweet spot in my opinion….. Thanks, yeah your definitely right about that! I don’t high jump mine either, where it shines is off-road going over hills and kicking up dust in gravel and dirt! I love the way it seems to hover over the grass, the suspension is great with this one, definitely top tier in my Rc Arsenal 👍

My E Revo loses signal too. I have a very large park, and it can't even make it half way. If I raise my arm, it starts going. It's not as fast as the MAXX, but it way more powerful. It loves the snow.

@@rcreviews9894 ok, just hanging out with the family. I really have to force myself to work on youtube video's. Just really haven't been feeling youtube lately. I was having more fun with my rc's when I didn't have to make videos lol. Probably work on some today though. Unfortunately I mad the mistake of going to the hobbystore for parts and I ended up leaving with another RC that I really didn't even want. I have to stay away from that place and just order parts online, I really don't need any more rc's lol. But I needed the stock gearing for the team associated dr10 so I can finish part 2 of the drag car video and I didn't want to wait for shipping. So I went where I didn't need to go as a recovering rcaholic... the hobbystore 🤣

@@thischildishlifestyle yeah I hear ya, I feel that way sometimes, where I just don’t feel like it, it almost seems like work lol, just do what makes you happy and I have tried to stay away from the Traxxas store, thank God it’s far away lol or I would be there all the time, I just bought another Rc myself lol that I definitely did not need, it’s a brand I’ve never even bought before, more of a impulse buy really, I think we both have a addiction lol

Some times police car signals are hella strong that it can mess with frequencies. Even with it not having a crystal in it

Mine loses signal for about 2 sec when the battery goes down and it is not in super fast mode anymore.

I bought one for my sisters son, but I tested it once and kinda hesitated to give it away and I’m not even into RC at all😂 I think it was way too much for a 10 yr old😀 Great video, is this still the “most fun” truck 3 yrs later?

It was super thrilling to drive it, gave me a couple of jump scares and some adrenaline. It’s like doing all the things you wish you could in a car. guys Hi ... i need your help - i have Erevo 2.0 that's dose not drive reverse, don't go self righting, LEDs on the EAC lights only on startup then they all off . tried to switch modes, reset transmitter ,tried others battery's any idea will do --- thank you for any suggestion or thought .

More batterie isn’t always the way to go faster. My best runs yet are with 3s and different pinion/spur ratio

O yeah it definitely is! Handles really well off road and on the street, wheelies on command and glides over most terrain, it’s a beast of a truck!

I’m not sure I understand, are you saying at lower speeds, it’s braking by itself without you applying the brake?

@@orhunturkdonmez4847 it is normal for it to naturally slow down at low speeds obviously, but if it is braking that’s a different story, check your driveshafts to make sure nothing is wrapped around them, I had fishing line wrapped around my rustlers driveshaft one time, just saying, could be a electrical issue as well hard to say without seeing it

Those do not go 70mph like they claim. Even with 22t pinion and 46t spur, I only hit 59mph at full speed.

Yeah these trucks are pretty big and you would need a lot of upgrades and modifications, electronics, tires, etc to make them go fast, it is possible though I’ve seen one here on YT hit in the mid 90s highly modded but your right with the stock electronics and even with high speed gearing it would be pretty tough to hit those speeds

I only use Traxxas batteries in Traxxas vehicles, Im kinda picky like that lol but 50 mph is plenty fast for what I’m using it for, it’s a monster truck, I use it off-road not for speed, I have the bandit vxl and 4tec for speed vehicles, I just made this video because I was just curious to see how fast it was stock and because the Traxxas telemetry is not accurate
