What plugs did you switch out the high current id traxxas connectors with? Is there a way to keep the hc ID female on the truck and somehow do some stuff to make other lipos work? Trying to figure this out, getting the Maxx v2 in a couple days and don't want to spend a fortune one traxxas 4s batteries. Help!

I can fit a 8500mah gens ace in my maxx 4s wothout doing any mods, just take the grey attachment off the battery clip

I literally cant get the battery tray loose 😂 its all unscrewed, i have pulled as hard as i could and its still not coming off😂

I had the same problem you have to take the other two screws next to the tray so you can mess around with the thing and I will come out
