That truck has some nice upgrades on it. That chassis is probably worth quite a bit. I've seen similar looking ones on Ebay for $100+. Also, those Proline body mounts are supposed to have thumb screws. They're a pretty nice alternative to the body clips, and makes the bodies last longer as well. Overall it was rough, but definitely a good deal at $160.
