I love the idea of the tracks....but I will choose to use mine for their real purpose: snow or sand.....I still enjoy watching everyone rock crawling with them.

Yeah, I am just kinda messing around. I cannot wait for snow and hopefully I can make it to the beach this year and do some sand action thanks for watching.

That was a great comparison of everything! Thise lift kit springs made a huge difference. That really surprised me.
@BuyitBreakitFixit5 жыл бұрын
Yeah it surprised me too. But the tracks are heavy enough to keep it planted. The smaller shock bodies seem to get the tracks hung up on the rock sliders. Thanks for watching, Shelby.

Those tracks are cool man. Nice comparison. Lift kit for the win. Plus I like the way it looks too with the lift kit. 👍😃👍

Thanks Wayne. Yeah the lift kit just does better. I also like how it looks.

Nice! The lift kit seems to be a nice add on. It would be fun to see more in different terrains.

Personally I think the tracks should come with the proper brushless servo with b.e.c. So they will function. To sell an accessory that disables steering is a real disappointment.

I agree. Love them in the bushless castle system and 6s. Haha that's fun.

Interesting comparison bro. I would have thought the droop setup would have been better, but my experience is only with tires. Thanks for sharing 👍

The was a great comparison Ben,I was cringing a couple of times there,😬 And very impressed as well,she climbs pretty good! 😀 definitely like the 10t pinion 45t spur combo best,it seems more beneficial all around for doing some crawling,😊 along with the sagged out suspension,👍👍 Quick question; Are you still running the shock limiter,in the Rear track assembly shocks,? Otherwise Awesome job my friend,I watched from the beginning too the very end,😂 RC A.D. was here! 11/11/19 3:41am 😁

Just a quick question, your using the lift kit, but it looks like you did swap the steering servo mount? Doesn't that cause massive binding in the panhard and steering bars at full extension?
@BuyitBreakitFixit5 жыл бұрын
Nope. No binding at all. The servo is weak when the tracks are on the rocks in high tension situations. I have not had any issues with that. Even on full extension, it seems to turn easily.
@charlesb78315 жыл бұрын
@@BuyitBreakitFixit I'm trying to figure out a droop set up on the Bronco and just not finding anything that works. Still on the fence about the lift kit, I didn't try swapping the shocks out for the Rc 4wd 100mm with the internal springs and that didn't work at all. Not very tunable at all even with the spring kit, but they look awesome, very realistic. I noticed with just having those shocks on my front bars would bind alot at full extension and that wasn't with the lift kit. I put the stock shocks back on and just starting over lol
@BuyitBreakitFixit5 жыл бұрын
@@charlesb7831 yeah, I don't want to "steer" you in the wrong direction. My setup doesn't seem to bind at all. Maybe a good setup for you? Not sure bro...I definitely like it.
