I would suggest adding a small tool box under the bed in front of the middle wheels. Just as a little spot to store the straps and bungee cords. Like somebody else said, a winch on the flatbed would be cool too, so maybe some ramps as well.

Great build can’t wait to see what it evolves to. Just a suggestion, knight Customs front grill. The Cross RC 6X6 bed paired with the Unimog cab would be a great look on that chassis. ;-)

You could make it into a rescue type vehicle with a bed that can be pushed back and down so a vehicle can drive straight onto the bed. Or with a winch at the front to pull a vehicle onto the bed. Otherwise it's a cool build. :)

You would need ramps or the bed to slide back b4 it articulates if thats right word? Like a flatbed used for 1 to 1 cars the larger haulers usually use ramps but cool idea like comments a yellow towing liggt or 911 liggt

Build looks pretty cool - I definitely like the concept but feel it needs some final finishing as the body looks as though it needs to be better attached to the platform bed and there is a lot of tire rubbing sounds in the video (front bumper?). I do like it but needs to be detailed. Also, you mention the heavy weight of the stock AMG body - just curious if you have weighed both for comparison?

Yes. The AMG and all the lights bumpers weighs 670 grams. Our body weighs 690 grams because of that big slab of strong aluminum.

Idea about crawler vs hauler! Depending on what car you can fit on The bed, The challenge is to haul The car to a location it would have to drive back from.

Ahhhhh... problem is it doesn't crawl too good when carrying another vehicle. I like it though. See how far it can get with a load.

No, saw some reviews from my peers and it looked awful. Bad steering, bad shocks, bad drivetrain, hideous looking. It's pretty much what's expected at the price. Upgrade ready but don't really want to upgrade something with a chassis of low quality
