Lol I noticed that as well. It looks like the Reference Premier series based on the horn. What did you upgrade to? I have KG 5.5s with Ti tweeters in my family room and LaScalas with the Crites Crossover and tweeters in my basement.

no. his problem was metal roof racks and soft foams, so the low cg effect got lost. After installing it (and harder tire foams probably), the sideways is much better.

I’ve got the same bow house type lcg battery tray a friend 3D printed up for me, since I haven’t ran my trx4 yet I actually put back the stock tray in so I can see the difference in performance

Hi I noticed you have the magnetic body mounts, is there a video to how you did that and what parts you used please?
@nickmoore43676 жыл бұрын
Pro tip. Move the servo up to the front of the truck with the servo relocation and 2200-2500 mah drone packs truck in there perfect. You get weight over the front and shed overall weight off the truck( which traxxas needs) watch those rear foams too. If you stiffen those up you’ll get a lot less roll back.

@tocacarcraze5 жыл бұрын
For one you should install the lcg properly , the front has to be flushed with transmission and bolting it down helps ...if installed right it places the battery low between the frame ...try the new molded version , also try it in real environment cos its a night and day difference on how the truck drives . Better in every way possible and definitely worth then 25$ online .

Which bumper do you recommend the most for crawling/looks on a defender?
@jaypearce61994 жыл бұрын
Hi Sean, I would say anything that doesnt hang low and almost acts like a slider to help you over rocks, also nothing to wide to hang up on the edges, I learnt this after fitting one to my bronco and it was like night a day difference.
@seanclarke40614 жыл бұрын
@@jaypearce6199 thanks Jay! I love the camel bumper, but I'll have to swap something low profile like you said. Appreciate the info as I played with $100 cars as a kid, but the trx 4 is the first serious crawler I'll have ever used(comes in the mail tomorrow morning!). These things are so close to full scale cars! Can't wait to get crawling😁

I could tell by your scuffed up bronco body that you were a man of distinction, A real big spender. You and I both know that roof rack is a sin. You have the red body and you know that's a mistake. Hurry if you need the black body kit with all the paint job stickers, Only 1 listed on Amazon right now.

Your side hilling is not much. Your tire's sidewalls are too soft. You need a stiffer 2-stage foam or some anti-foams so your tire doesn't roll under. You will get a lot more side hill capability if you fix the side walls from rolling over. I use antifoams and can go almost 40 degrees sidehilling.
