Wow, the cargo bag is a great idea to keep the clean look and still retain the vertical shock layout of the TRX4. I’ve seen other builders going to a cantilever rear shock setup which I don’t like. Great work and attention to detail 🙌🏼

All week I've been trying to decide what truck to buy. After I bought my Trx4 last October I have been wanting a more scale look, and a change from the G500 body it came with. I thought I need to get a different truck to get the look I am after but it looks like you just NAILED IT. Not sure what body I'll go with but you have proven it's totally doable on this platform. Everyone loves this style of Body Pickup, with deep bodywork. Especially that Killerbody LC70. Why don't manufacturers make bodies like this on RC already assembled? More compatible? Apparently, the biggest problem is getting the rear suspension to stay horizontal. Your customization was perfect! (I'm from Brazil and I'm using google translator).

Nicely done. The cargo bag in the back is a rooftop tent. I have a real one on my 4Runner. You should check them out. Typically they are mounted up higher.

Bought my first TRX4 Defender and dig it but I want a killer crawling body and didn't want lexan. Found this killer body but didn't know how many mods to make it right. Is the only thing cutting the slots in the bed for the vertical shock towers? I have the Samix aluminum towers. Thanks bro. GREAT JOB!!

@@tavaristeja one of the sickest TRX4 Yota builds online , great idea with the slot cut in the front body mount , I’ll try that on one of my builds , Thank You for sharing , one last question , what tire are you running and what size are they ? 1.55 or bigger ? , I run 1.55 tires on 1.9 Beadlocks on a TRX4 defender with a Carisma F150 Ford body , the one issue I have with 1.55 tires is the truck seems to shudder and look less realistic on camera compared to my other crawlers running 1.9 tires , but I have to say , the 1.55 look better and more scale , would like to see someone run 1.9 on one of these Killer Bodies Hilux builds , again Superb video RCPERSUADER ✌🏻
