To celebrate this major milestone, I have posted a tribute filled with some extremely rare photographs of Traylor throughout the years, as well as some snapshots from her television shows. Please feel free to comment and share any other great pictures of Traylor that you want to share!!!
I know I speak from the behalf of all of her fans, when I say that the best way for Traylor to celebrate this milestone would be to finally make a comeback on the big screen 😀 😀 😀 Her extraordinary talent and beauty have been missed for the past 7 years, and I think that not only her fans, but also the film/television industry would benefit from Traylor's comeback!!!
A sidenote about the music used - Patrick Nuo's "Beautiful"
I first heard this song on "blackmii"'s video titled "Traylor Howard/ Natalie Teeger Tribute". Unfortunately, that video was removed from KZbin a while ago, so I decided to use that song in this video because, apart from a few lyrics, I think it describes Traylor very well 😀

Traylor Howard will go down as an underrated actress; who deserved much more. I loved her on Monk and has indeed helped the Monk series back in the first decade of the new millennium. Youl'l go down as one of my favorite actresses. Happy 50th, and I'm sure I'm wishing you a Happy Birthday, late.

Love seeing her every time I rewatch Monk. Just wish she'd had a bigger career, just one of the most adorable actresses I've seen and always shines in every scene she's in. I'm really glad you enjoyed the tribute!! Yes, watching the last episodes of Monk was bittersweet for me - I was in tears that my favorite show ended, but they really did go out in style, as you mentioned 😊 It's also unfortunate that Traylor seems to have quit acting after Monk ended, which is a shame because I think she's one of the most underrated actresses ever 😔

Traylor is my favorite actress and she'll always be. But I'm afraid that she's not going back to acting. Almost 8 years... I'm starting to doubt that she'll be back. That makes me sad. You are correct Nicoll - she has not made a comeback for almost 8 years now and it is not looking like she will soon 😢 Because she quit acting since Monk ended, unfortunately there has not been any public news about her. Yes, she did look incredible in her early 30's on Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place 😊 She also looked amazing in Monk, especially considering that she was in her 40's for most of the role!! I just wish that she did more in TV/Hollywood - in my opinion, she's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful actresses 😍

I do agree that she was lucky enough to get one television show that was successful (Monk), which most actors/actresses do not get. However, I think she doesn't get the recognition she deserves due to her extremely small filmography. All of her movies were flops and all her television shows (except Monk, of course) were cancelled early. I think it's a shame that she didn't do more movies or television shows early in her career.

Well, she did get to do 81 episodes of Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place, which was a fairly succesful sitcom for its first three seasons (incidentally, that's only 6 eps less than her stint on Monk). As for a possible return, with such a relatively low-key resumé and considering her age that's not likely to be anything of real substance if it happens at all.
